Name: Yuki Nagato Age: Almost 4; appears to be 16 Race: Artificial human interface Side: Neutral Appearance: Always seen with a book (usually sci-fi or fantasy) and always in her school uniform. History: An artificial human created by the Integrated Data Entity four years ago to observe an interesting human anomily by the name of Haruhi Suzumiya. (Details omitted because it's really, really really complicated). However, she was given orders to observe a different subject- a group of Reapers in Shibuya, Tokyo. Personality: Yuki has a very stoic and introverted personality, preferring simple body language rather than speaking. When prompted to speak, she does so in a very concise manner, always speaking in a monotone and displaying a dispassionate expression. She thinks very rationally, and finds it difficult to communicate with normal humans due to her intelligence and lack of empathy. She enjoys reading, and is almost always seen reading a book, typically of the science fiction or mystery genres. As an artificial human, she has numerous paranormal abilities. She is capable of manipulating the properties of the environment and any materials within it at any scale to her desire, referred to as "bogus magic" by Kyon. For instance, she can modify the "elemental boost information" of a baseball bat to hit only home runs, nullify data links (removing other artificial interface connections from their bodies), plus she is able to make a cover up story (since Ryoko was gone, she made a cover up story that she moved to Canada), and reconstruct a classroom, down to the last detail, after everything in it was completely destroyed. As a result, she is capable of feats of superhuman strength, agility, and stamina. Her state also affords her an extreme level of intelligence. She can comprehend the rules and concepts of a game instantaneously, as well as create flawless strategies based on her observations, and was able to learn how to play a guitar mere moments after receiving one. Yuki also has a lack of understanding towards social norms and earth technology, as demonstrated by her bluntly literal future predictions and her clumsy attempts at using a computer mouse, electing instead to interface completely via keyboard.

Name: Nomiki Age: ERROR: CORRUPT DATA Race: Computer virus Side: ERROR: CORRUPT DATA Appearance: Tall and lanky with spiky blue hair held back by a pair of goggles and orange, cat-like eyes. He wears a black tanktop and cargo pants and a messenger bag slung over one shoulder, but he doesn't wear shoes, revealing three bird-like toes, and his hands have four clawed fingers. History: A virus made to skew the odds on a gambling site's AI. Nuff said. Personality: When in his own environment, Nomiki is quick and efficient, with a upbeat playful personality. Out of his element, Nomiki is quiet and meek, looking to others to make decisions for him.
Extra info: Nomiki is incapable of speech. He speaks in binary, with short sounds representing 1s, and long sounds representing 0s. Inside a computer, this becomes strings of code that scroll in front of him. (In roleplay, I use symbols. "?" is a questioning statement, "!" is an exclamation, "*" is a swear word, "&" is an impatient demand, ">, <, V, and ^" are directions, "~" is a cheerful statement, "-" is a connection, or a simple grunt, and "/" is a snort. More symbols increase the severity of the statement.)

Long entry is LOOOOOOOONG. Go to the bathroom, get some popcorn, etc., etc. Name: Rorschach (formerly Walter Kovacs) Age: 45(?) Race: Human Side: He'll say good, but...uh...well, maybe he wouldn't... Appearance: Appearance: Rorschach considers his true appearance, as Walter Kovacs, to be a disguise, while his "costume" is his real self. When he is Kovacs, he is about 5'6", which curly/messy red hair, dark, dull brown eyes, and a smattering of freckles across his nose. He is very well-muscled and surprisingly slim, which he usually hides with clothes too large for him. He tends to dress like a bum, which is basically how he lives, and is most often seen carrying a large "The End Is Nigh" sign throughout the streets of New York. As Rorschach, which he considers his true self, he wears a purple pinstripe suit under a trenchcoat, a fedora, dark gloves, and of course, a white latex mask with shifting black patterns that give him his name. He tends to refer to his mask at his face. He also smells strongly of aftershave or cologne in either persona. History: (copy-pasted from Wikipedia; long post is loooong) Rorschach, born Walter Joseph Kovacs, is the son of Sylvia Kovacs, a prostitute, and "Charlie" (surname unknown). He was born March 21, 1940. His mother was physically and emotionally abusive towards him, once telling him that she wished she had aborted him. After defending himself from bullies at age 10 (biting the face of one boy and using a lit cigarette to partially blind the other), Child Services placed him in a special home. Kovacs never saw his mother again. When informed of her death at the hands of her pimp, his only response was "Good." After leaving school, Kovacs took a job as an unskilled tailor. The prospect of handling women's clothing caused him discomfort, and he later commented that the job was "bearable but unpleasant". A few weeks before her murder in front of an apartment, a woman with an Italian name ordered a dress from him, made of a fabric created by Doctor Manhattan that used two pressure and heat-sensitive liquids suspended between two layers of latex to create black-on-white shifting color patterns, "always changing, never mixing into grey". When the dress was completed, the customer was unsatisfied with the design, and she refused to pay for it. Kovacs took it home for himself, fascinated with the fabric. Upon reading of Kitty Genovese's murder in the newspaper, he claims he became disgusted with the amount of crime in New York City and, creating a mask from the dress, became the vigilante Rorschach. He believed the dress was originally made for Kitty Genovese. Rorschach's life as a "masked adventurer" involved fighting gang warfare and masked villains such as Moloch the Mystic. His greatest victory was taking down a large chain of gangs with his partner Nite Owl II, events mentioned in the graphic novel. At this point, he did not yet kill, and only beat criminals unconscious for the police to arrest. This went on until 1975, when he investigated the kidnapping of Blair Roche, a young girl. His investigations brought him to an abandoned dressmaker's shop. After finding the remains of a young child's blanket in the shop, a heavily used cutting board, and noticing two guard dogs chewing on a human bone, he realized to his profound horror what had happened: the kidnapper, Grice, had murdered the girl, dismembered her body, and fed the pieces to his dogs. He claims that this was the moment when he stopped being "Kovacs pretending to be Rorschach", and fully became Rorschach. He takes justice into his own hands and kills the dogs, and then sets the house on fire with Grice handcuffed to a pipe and still alive inside, leaving him with a hacksaw. The hacksaw was not strong enough to cut through the handcuffs in the little time Rorschach would give him, but would allow Grice to amputate his handcuffed left hand to escape. Grice perished in the ensuing fire. In the beginning of the graphic novel, Rorschach is characterized as the only vigilante who remains active after the passage of the Keene Act outlawed them. He is seen as 'paranoid' and 'crazy', even by his former vigilante partner Nite Owl. Rorschach investigates the murder of a man named Edward Blake, discovering that he is the Comedian, one of only two government-sponsored heroes. He believes that someone is picking off costumed superheroes, a view that strengthens when Doctor Manhattan is forced into exile and when Adrian Veidt, the former vigilante Ozymandias, is the victim of an attempted assassination. Rorschach questions Moloch, a former villain, who tells him what little he knows. Later, having received an offer for more information apparently from Moloch, Rorschach visits him again, only to find him dead, shot through the head. The police, tipped off anonymously over the phone by Veidt, have the place surrounded and arrest him after a fight. A psychiatrist named Malcolm Long is assigned to talk to him, and his origin is revealed to the reader. The jail is full of criminals who hate Rorschach, since he was responsible for putting them behind bars. He is threatened with beatings and death, but Rorschach is never intimidated, answering only "None of you understand. I'm not locked up in here with you... you're locked up in here with me." During lunch, Rorschach throws a pot full of hot fat at one prisoner who intended to stab him with a screwdriver. After that man dies, the prison breaks out in a riot. Three men try to kill Rorschach, but he outwits and kills them. Nite Owl and Silk Spectre II, two other vigilantes, begin to take his 'mask killer' theory seriously, and break him out of jail. Doctor Manhattan comes back from his exile to transport Silk Spectre II to Mars. Rorschach and Nite Owl retrieve Rorschach's spare costume hidden in his apartment and then go into underworld bars to find out who ordered the assassination attempt on Veidt. They obtain a name, a company called Pyramid Deliveries, and then break into Veidt's office. Nite Owl correctly deduces Veidt's password and finds that he ran Pyramid Deliveries. Rorschach, who has been keeping a journal throughout the duration of the novel, finishes it, stating that "whatever nature of the conspiracy, Adrian Veidt is responsible", before dropping it into a mailbox. Nite Owl and Rorschach fly out to Antarctica. There they learn the true nature of the conspiracy and Veidt's motivations – to unite the world against a perceived alien threat and stop the possibility of a nuclear holocaust. Veidt then reveals that the two heroes are too late to stop his plan, which he has triggered, thirty-five minutes earlier. Doctor Manhattan and Silk Spectre II arrive at the base after viewing the catastrophic damage Veidt's psychic monster has inflicted on New York City. Despite their mutual horror, Nite Owl, Silk Spectre II and Dr. Manhattan all agree to keep quiet about the true nature of the alien. Rorschach, however, refuses to cooperate and says "Not even in the face of armageddon. Never compromise." Doctor Manhattan follows him outside and vaporizes him after Rorschach yells, "Do it!" (end copy-paste) However, instead of being vaporized...Doctor Manhattan transported him, far from the horrible time and place Rorschach was so disgusted with. He sent him to a new city, to a new world...to a new time. Fortunately, or un-, depending on whose opinion you're asking, this world was just as rotten as the old, and Rorschach was still needed. Walter Kovacs walks new streets, still holding his sign, still watching the disease of the human race around him. And at night, Rorschach still works to clean up the horrible mess they've left for him. Personality: Hoo boy, where do I start? Rorschach is, simply and bluntly, screwed up in the head. Thrax and Matt Engarde combined still don't even come close to being on Rorschach's leve. From Wikipedia: Rorschach is noted among other comic book characters for having a distinct moral absolutist life philosophy. Comics historian Bradford W. Wright described the character's world view "a set of black-and-white values that take many shapes but never mix into shades of gray, similar to the ink blot tests of his namesake". Rorschach sees existence as random and, according to Wright, this viewpoint leaves the character "free to 'scrawl [his] own design' on a 'morally blank world'". Rorschach is a very right wing character, and has shown beliefs in Economic Liberalism, Militarism, Nationalism, and Social conservatism. His nationalism is shown when he ignores The Comedian's many faults, since he was a war hero and patriot. (Look those up if you need.) Possibly because of his alienation from society, or his quiet and withdrawn personality, Rorschach has an interesting speech pattern. He very rarely speaks in full sentences, preferring to get his message across as simply as possible, and almost always excluding a subject, usually considering it to be obvious. Along with his obvious mental instability, he has a few other quirks, including his almost constant scribbling in his journal, his tendency to smell of strong cologne, and frequently eating plain sugar cubes.

Name: Prince of All Cosmos (yes, that's his actual name) Age: ?? Race: Prince of All Cosmos (yes, that's his species.) Side: Good! Appearance: He's tiny. About the size of a mouse. History: Born to the King and Queen of All Cosmos and grew up among a lot of cousins. His father doesn't treat him very well, frequently mocking and scolding him. After his father went on a drunken bender and destroyed all the stars in the sky, he was sent to Earth to roll up balls of junk, which his father could turn into stars. Nowadays, rolling katamaris is sort of a hobby, and he usually competes with his cousins to see who can make the biggest katamari. Personality: The Prince is very quiet- in fact, you never hear him speak in any of the four games he's in. He's very pure of heart, and can't turn down a request. He's very independant, so he lives all alone on his own little Prince Star. He's a bit afraid of his father's strictness, but he respects him very much. No, he's never going to show up in a roleplay unless I'm high on actual illegal substances. I just wanted him to be here.

He also seems to have some sort of torture fetish.
Extra: He's the one in charge of the Remnant "hive mind", and the one who created Meggi.

He has a pair of small tusks that jut up over his upper lip, but not enough to be noticable. He wears an oversized black shirt, jeans, and worn sneakers, with a surgical mask hanging around his neck for irony. Built a bit like Spanish bird flu, a distant relative of his. History: He's the one causing the 2009 swine flu epidemic. Yays. Personality: Donato is cocky, with a bit of an ego. He thinks of himself as a lady-killing hotshot, and is using the media panic to his advantage. He thinks it's a riot.

Name: Sinnis Age: ?? (cell equivilent to mid 20s.) Race: Influenza Side: Dark Appearance: Built similarly to Donato, though Sinnish is a bit more muscled, with a pale green membrane and orange eyes. He wears a plain black shirt and pants under a long coat, and has a chain choker around his neck. Usually seen with a cigarette. History: He's freaking influenza. What do you need to know? Personality: Sinnis is extremely short-tempered, and has a nasty sadistic streak. He's pissed off at Donato, who is famous despite barely killing anyone, especially when compared to Sinnis's own fatality rate- over 30 thousand deaths a year. He also hates Tammi, with a passion.
Name: Tammi Age: ?? (around the same age as Sinnis) Race: Flu vaccine Side: Good Appearance: Basically a female version of Sinnis, though her eyes are yellow instead of orange. She wears a tight black haltertop and black pants. She has a badge pinned to her collar, noting her vaccine status. History: Just a flu vaccine. She's been chasing Sinnis for years, following him from body to body and reporting him to the immunities. Personality: Tammi seems perky, and even a bit ditzy, but underneath she is actually very serious about her job, and extremely competent. She's not too pleased with Donato, who has been managing to evade her.

Name: Byte Age: ?? (looks somewhere between 17-19) Race: Computer bit Side: Good Appearance: Byte is tall and gangly, with curly dirty blond hair and blue-green eyes, with thick-rimmed glasses. He wears a short-sleeve collared dress shirt, black slacks, a black bowtie and black and white canvas sneakers (think Geek Squad), and what appears to be a bluetooth in his right ear. He usually carries a clipboard. History: Byte and Bit are actually complex strings of computer data that serve as a sort of anti-virus/disk clean up team. The two have worked together for a long time, and have had to deal with an entity known only as Computer Virus several times. Personality: Byte is extremely serious and focused on his job. He's very intelligent, possessing a fairly large memory (to Byte and Bit, "memory" is equivilent of strength). Despite being the one in charge, Byte tends to get depressed and panicky when separated from Bit.
Name: Bit Age: ?? (looks somewhere between 15-17, but younger than Byte) Race: Computer bit Side: Good Appearance: Bit dresses just like Byte, with the same Geek Squad-esque outfit, though her glasses have tape on them, and her bluetooth device is in her left ear. She's about a head shorter than Byte, with chin-length blond hair and blue eyes. History: Bit has been partners with Byte almost as long as she has been around, and the two serve as a sort of anti-virus protection program for the disks they work with. Despite having very little memory, Bit is the one who tricked Computer Virus into erasing her own memory. Personality: Bit can only be described as Byte's sidekick. She's rather ditzy, and takes things very literally. She's almost always cheerful, and tends to annoy Byte with her lack of concern for their job. She gets very uneasy when separated from Byte.
Yes, they are from the play I'm doing. Yes, that's what their actors look like, and yes, that is what their costumes will be. I couldn't resist!

Name: White Rabbit (Answers to "White" "Blanca" "Bunny-boy", etc.) Age: ? (older than Cheshire by several years/centuries/millenia...) Race: Whatever the heck Nevermore and Cheshire are Side: Neutral. (Well, Lawful Neutral if you use that sort of thing.) Apperance: A tall, slim man in his late twenties or early thirties with pale skin, pink eyes and platinum blond hair. He has two white rabbit ears that he keeps slicked back with his hair, with two gold hoops pierces at the tips of each. He dresses sharply, in a starched white shirt, waistcoat, black pants and polished black shoes. He wears at least three watches on each arm, a pocketwatch, and a pair of spectacles perched on his nose. History: The White Rabbit comes from the same land as Cheshire, a loyal follower to the Queen. He would spend his time running back and forth from his home, the castle, and the Mad Hatter's garden for tea. However, he had forgotten his pocketwatch one day and arrived late for tea, only to find that the Mad Hatter had been murdered by a beast known as the Jabberwock. He has been obessed with being on time ever since. Personality: A bit jittery but very logical and level-headed. He's stern from years around the Queen of Hearts, and tends to treat Cheshire and Nevermore like children. He has a bizarre fixation with time and clocks.
Name: March Hare Age: ? (Around the same age as the White Rabbit) Race: Whatever Nevermore, Cheshire, and White Rabbit are. Side: Neutral (bounces between Lawful Neutral with Rabbit and Chaotic Neutral when left on his own) Appearance: He's the same height and build as Rabbit though his skin is dark tan, and his hair and eyes are dark, dark brown. He has rabbit ears as well, but his stil straight up, and have no earrings. He dresses just like Rabbit, though the colors of his clothes are very bright and clash horribly. He never seen without some sort of bizarre hat. History: Believe it or not, the March Hare was once quite sane. He, along with his two close friends Rabbit and the Mad Hatter, would have daily tea parties, and he would occassionally come up with Rabbit to attend gatherings at the castle. However, it was not to last. During one of their parties (Rabbit was running late), the horrible Jabberwock burst in and destroyed the garden, murdering the Mad Hatter right before March's eyes. They say this horrible event is what caused March to lose his mind. Ever since that day, he has been wearing many of the Mad Hatter's favorite hats, to honor his memory. Personality: Most of the time, he is insane, unpredictable, and downright bizarre, much to the frustration and concern of Rabbit. But sometimes, very rarely, he will show moments of rational thought, usually when Rabbit or Cheshire are in peril.

Thanks to Chez, Nevermore now has an actual backstory! So I'll repost his stuff. :3
Name: Midnight Raven (No longer answers to his real name- only answers to Nevermore) Age: Several millenia; same age as Cheshire, younger than Rabbit and March Race: ? (equivilent status to Angels) Side: True Neutral Appearance: A pale boy, barely fourteen, with long black hair and black eyes, dressed in a ragged brown cloak. Since he usually has his hood up, he is most easily recognized by his large black wings. He can transform into a large raven at will. History: Midnight was born and raised in Wonderland, becoming close friends with Cheshire. THey became very close to White, March, and the Hatter, whom they considered a sort of grandfather figure. One day, while he was out flying, he spotted the Jabberwock rampaging through the woods, and flew back to warn March and the Hatter...but he was too late. The Hatter's death affected Midnight badly, so much so that he changed his name- officially becoming Nevermore. Ever since the death, Nevermore spent very little time in Wonderland, moving from world to world, helping anyone in need, and avoiding his old friends. Personality: Before the Hatter's death, Nevermore was said to be very rebellious and cheerful, playing games with Cheshire and joking around. Now, he's very quiet and serious, distant and abrasive. His reasoning is much like Neku's, really- he doesn't make any friends because he's afraid to lose them. He's also prone to mumbling his poem to himself.

Name: Gin Ichimaru Age: ...I don't think even Tite Kubo knows for sure. Older than he looks, I bet. Race: Ex-Soul Reaper Side: Gin is on Gin's side. Appearance: I don't like his Arrancar outfit, so whenever he shows up here, he's wearing his Captain's uniform because he CAN. His eyes are always closed, and he is always smiling. He tied to his hip by his sash is his zanpakuto, a smaller sword with an s-shaped guard by the name of Shinsou. History: (most of this is copy-pasted from the Bleach Wiki, so lots of spoilers) Not much is known about Gin's prior history, except that he once saved 10th Division Lieutenant Rangiku Matsumoto's life when they were younger, as she almost died from hunger. They have been friends since then. Hence, Matsumoto is one of the few people Gin seems to truly care about. Over a 100 years ago before the current time, when Gin was a child he was considered a genius graduating from the Shinigami Academy after just one year, and was already to become a seated position in the 5th Division. When he had met Aizen for the first time he already killed the 3rd seat of the 5th Division, calling him worthless, showing that even as a child Gin's powers approached Lieutenant level, and also that he could kill anyone in cold blood, if it served his interests. Aizen immediately gave him the 3rd seat of the Division after the incident, about which they both kept secret. It was around this time that Gin became involved in Aizen's plot and pledged his full loyalty to him, becoming a part of his plans and assisting in the Hollowfication of high ranking Shinigami. Sometime later Gin served as the lieutenant of 5th Division Captain Sôsuke Aizen before becoming captain of the 3rd Division around the same time that Byakuya Kuchiki became captain of the 6th Division. Gin, even as a captain of his own division, was still a loyal subordinate to Aizen. Gin appears right after Rukia is brought back to the Soul Society. He stops an upcoming fight between Kenpachi and Byakuya. After Ichigo Kurosaki defeats the gatekeeper, Jidanbô Ikkanzaka, in his quest to save Rukia Kuchiki, Jidanbô lifts the gate to give Ichigo Kurosaki and his companions access to the interior portion of Soul Society. Upon opening the gate, Ichigo finds Gin Ichimaru waiting for him on the other side. Gin purposefully exerts just enough effort to keep them from entering instead of killing them as he should have. Later, a meeting of the thirteen division captains is called for him to explain his suspicious actions. Gin, being one of the thirteen captains, should have had no trouble destroying them. Gin merely chalks it up to a mistake on his part. Upon dispersal of the meeting, 10th Division Captain Tôshirô Hitsugaya overhears a scripted exchange between 5th Division Captain Sôsuke Aizen and Gin, which is meant to further increase his suspicions of Gin's foul play; more specifically, the exchange hints that Gin intends to kill Aizen. As a result, Tôshirô later warns Aizen's lieutenant, Momo Hinamori, that Aizen's life might be in danger due to Gin and that Gin's lieutenant Izuru Kira, on good terms with her, might also be tainted. The next day, Aizen's impaled body is discovered by Momo, who immediately suspects Gin is the murderer; his appearance at the crime scene shortly after the fact and carefree attitude despite the seriousness of the situation only seem to confirm this. Momo subsequently decides to attack Gin in a rage but is intercepted by Izuru. Lost in her rage, Hinamori proceeds to release her Zanpakutô and fire an energy blast at Gin, which harmlessly curves away from its intended target. Kira also releases his Zanpakutô in an attempt to stop her, but both are stopped by Hitsugaya and arrested. After they are taken away, Tôshirô notes that Gin was preparing to kill Momo. Gin calmly denies it, and Tôshirô threatens to kill Gin if even one drop of Momo's blood should be shed on his account. After Gin releases Izuru from his cell, Tôshirô becomes suspicious and confronts the lieutenant and captain together. He is interrupted by Momo, who now thinks that Tôshirô murdered Aizen and subsequently tries to kill him. She grips her sword so tightly that her hands bleed. Tôshirô acts upon his earlier threat and attacks Gin, releasing his Zanpakutô and warning Kira to get out of the way (he suggests at least a twelve-kilometer gap). During their fight, Tôshirô successfully freezes Gin's left arm, causing him to open his eyes and drop his smile for the first time. Upon being trapped by Tôshirô, he attempts to kill Momo as a distraction, but his attack is blocked by Rangiku Matsumoto, who threatens to fight him if he doesn't stop; Gin relents and disappears without saying a word. Rangiku remembers that Gin has also disappeared in such a way in the past, leaving her to wonder what he was up to. Later, as Rukia is being led to her execution, Gin briefly appears on the bridge to tease her by giving her hope that he would stop the execution if she asked, only to admit he was lying after doing so, thus destroying Rukia's hard-built peace over her coming execution and showing just how sadistic he can be. It is at this point that Rukia mentions her fear of him. This serves only to increase suspicions that Gin was the orchestrator of her execution. When Aizen is revealed to be the mastermind behind the entire conspiracy, Gin is revealed to be nothing more than a subordinate and decoy. As Aizen extracts the Hôgyoku from Rukia's body, he instructs Gin to kill her. He releases his Zanpakutô, but Byakuya Kuchiki appears and rescues Rukia, taking the hit in her place. Aizen, Gin, and Kaname Tôsen are then cornered by most of the other lieutenants and captains. Gin is captured by his friend, Rangiku. The three escape to Hueco Mundo with the help of the Menos Grande and are deemed traitors to Soul Society. Before leaving, Gin tells Rangiku he would have liked to be held by her a little while longer, and also apologizes to her (this being another rare moment where he is seen without a smile). Gin is rarely seen during the following arcs, plus the fact I haven't seen any further into the series. So I'll say this is about the point when Aizen sends him to scout out Twilight Town, Midgar, and Shibuya to see if there's anyone for them to use. Personality: Gin is one of the most mysterious Shinigami in the series since his permanent smile and slitted eyes combined with his heavy use of sarcasm and mocking politeness make it very difficult to discern his thoughts. Many find his demeanor and appearance rather unsettling and there are very few who were willing to trust him even before he was revealed as a traitor. Gin seems to be fully aware of the effect he has on others and more than once has been seen toying with peoples' emotional states for his own amusement. Both Rukia Kuchiki and Wonderweiss Margera have shown to be rather frightened of him, Rukia noting to herself that she felt like she was being strangled by snakes whenever he spoke, even if it was not to her. In the anime, Gin speaks with a distinct Kyoto dialect, which is polite but indirect. His English dubbed voice is also formal and polite, but with a rather mocking and facetious undertone. Random Facts: Gin absolutely loves dried persimmons, enjoyed people-watching, and is very skilled at threading needles. His zanpakuto is named Shinsou, which means "God Spear." It's a short sword, called a wakizashi (look it up) and has an s-shaped guard and blue hilt. It's released form, shikai, it activated by different phrases- "shoot to kill" or "shoot 'em dead" in Japanese, while the English varies with something along the lines of "impale him," "slay him," "pierce his flesh," etc. etc. This causes Shinsou to glow white and extend at brilliant speeds, piercing and slicing and impaling a foe from a distance. He once used it to cut off the giant Jidanbo's ARM, and another time used it to impale several Hollows through the skull...all in one shot.
